Electrolysis is a process that was originally introduced by a Scottish Inventor Michael Faraday. The application of an electrical current through electrodes (anode and cathode), seek out electrolytes found in water which are subsequently attracted to opposite poles. The result is the creation of reconcentrated electrolytes delivered through two different forms of water.
The water produced on the anode side is referred to as an acidic water.
The water produced on the cathode side is referred to as an alkaline water.

BW2, through the use of these forms of electrolyzed water, is introducing this new medium to a wide array of industries.
